eRMA, an electronic Raw Material Acquisition system, powered by NewView, e-enables Ford's Raw Material Supply Program (RMSP) to maximize efficiencies and operational savings. eRMA is a platform for Supply Chain collaboration and conducting transactions across the supply network.

• Ford Vehicle & Component Buyers

Technical Requirements

• Windows 95/98/NT (Windows 95/98/2000/ME/NT recommended)
• Internet Explorer 5.0 or Netscape Communicator 4.7
• 486DX/66 MHz or higher CPU (Pentium 200 Mhz or higher recommended)
• 16Mb RAM (32Mb or higher recommended)
• VGA or better Video Card - SVGA preferred
• 28.8 kbps Modem (56.6 kbps Modem recommended)

Registration
To access this web application, you must have:

1. A Covisint User ID and Password.
2. Permission to the Ford Supplier Portal Service.
3. Access to the eRMA application.

If you already have access to the Ford Supplier Portal, but do not yet have access to this application, you must follow the instructions below.

1. In the left menu bar click "Administration Tools".
2. Select "request service" under "my profile".
3. Under "Ford Supplier Portal" click "request sub-package".
4. Click the request button next to the application you need access to.

Note: After requesting access to an application, a company administrator at your organization will need to approve or reject your request. If you are unable to request the application, after following these steps, please contact the Covisint helpdesk.
