Ford Customer Service Division (FCSD) Purchasing
 
The FCSD Purchasing site includes the E-108 Ford Branding Directive, Service Parts Guide, Global Terms & Conditions, supplier Purchase Order information, Part Termination Notice information, Restrictive Substance Management Standards (RSMS) and other items that FCSD suppliers require to do business with Ford Motor Company.

Registration
To access this web application, you must have:

1. A Covisint User ID and Password
2. Permission to the Ford Supplier Portal Service
3. Access to the application

If you already have access to the Ford Supplier Portal, but do not yet have access to this application, you must follow the instructions below.

1. In the left menu bar click "Administration Tools".
2. Select "request service" under "my profile".
3. Under "Ford Supplier Portal" click "request sub-package".
4. Click the request button next to the application you need access to.

Note: After requesting access to an application, a company administrator at your organization will need to approve or reject your request. If you are unable to request the application, after following these steps, please contact the Covisint helpdesk.
