GMIR Supplier Portal
The GMIR Supplier Portal is a component of Global Material Integration and Reporting (GMIR). It provides a single web-based location for external suppliers to input/view material-related information through the Ford Supplier Portal(FSP). It also allows the suppliers to enter the contact information details and to provide the annual RSMS confirmation (receipt and understanding of the RSMS). These contacts are the recipient of the monthly e-mail notification generated by the application. Create links to supplier-authorized related systems and create the ability to capture all the information necessary for parts compliance as defined by Global Regulated Service and Repair Products (GRSRP), subproject 2, and other defined regulatory compliance information.

Registration
To access this web application, you must have:

1. A Covisint User ID and Password
2. Permission to the Ford Supplier Portal Service.
3. Access to the FSP application.
4. Permissions to the specific site codes (GSDB codes).

If you already have access to the Ford Supplier Portal, but do not yet have access to this application, you must follow the instructions below.

1. In the left menu bar click "Administration Tools".
2. Select "request service" under "my profile".
3. Under "Ford Supplier Portal" click "request sub-package".
4. Click the request button next to the application you need access to.
5. Select the site codes (GSDB codes) that you need access to for this application.

To check which GSDB codes you have been granted access to for this application, or to request access to additional GSDB codes follow these steps:

1. In the left menu bar click "Administration Tools".
2. Under "my profile" Select "view service packages".
3. Select the application you need to review site codes for.
4. In the "Service package information" section either:
   1. a. click "add site code" to request a new GSDB code to be added to your permissions for this application.
   2. b. Click "view current site code" to view the list of GSDB codes to which you have already been granted access to for this application.

Note: After requesting access to an application or requesting changes to your application site codes, a company administrator at your organization will need to approve or reject your request.
