Purchasing Annual Access Review System
This site will show a CSA what employees within their company have access to what Purchasing applications within Ford. The system will give them the ability to answer either Yes or No that the person still requires access.

If a CSA is required to perform an annual access review for employees of their company that have access to Purchasing applications, they will receive an e-mail stating this. The CSA then uses the PAARS application to review and either approve or revoke access to the given application for the specified employee. The annual review process is conducted during the 2nd Qtr of each year. Failure to complete the review within the given time frame (e-mail each year will contain the dates) will result in access being revoked for the user(s).

Registration
Currently, in order to access this application you must be a registered Ford Supplier Portal user. If you need access to this application, but do not yet have access to the Ford Supplier Portal, you must follow the instructions below.

  1. In the left menu bar click "Administration Tools"
  2. Select "request service" under "my profile".
  3. Click "Request" button next to "Ford Supplier Portal"
  4. After requesting the Ford Supplier Portal, the company administrator at your company will approve or reject your application request.
