Global Service Parts Packaging System (GSPPS)

The Global Service Parts Packaging System provides access to service parts packaging specifications. Approved users can query packaging specifications, submit packaging specification requests, and write new packaging specifications.

Registration

To access this web application, you must have:

  1. A Covisint User ID and Password
  2. Permission to the Ford Supplier Portal
  3. A GSPPS approved User ID

If you already have access to the Ford Supplier Portal, but do not yet have access to this application, you must follow the instructions below:

  1. Choose the Global Service Parts Packaging System (GSPPS) link.
  2. Complete the New User Request form.
  3. Wait for approval/denial disposition.

If approved, your Covisint User ID will provide access to the GSPPS. A User Role is assigned to each User ID to provide you with specific approved access to the system functions.
