Astute (ITMS #13184)
Astute Knowledge (RealDialog) is the backend system used to store and manage data used to drive web-based self help activities for customers, dealers and agents (Customers Ask Ford - CAF, Dealers Ask Ford - DAF, and Agents ask Ford - AAF);  Note:  This ITMS number also covers the standalone AAF web interface;  CAF and DAF interfaces are incorporated into other consumer and dealer facing sites. (see ITMS #16295 for additional historical information)

  Registration
  To access this web application, you must have:
   

1. A Covisint User ID and Password
2. Permission to the Ford Supplier Portal Service
3. Access to the application

If you already have access to the Ford Supplier Portal, but do not yet have access to this application, you must follow the instructions below.

1. In the left menu bar click "Administration Tools".
2. Select "request service" under "my profile".
3. Under "Ford Supplier Portal" click "request sub-package".
4. Click the request button next to the application you need access to.

Note: After requesting access to an application, a company administrator at your organization will need to approve or reject your request. If you are unable to request the application, after following these steps, please contact the Covisint helpdesk.
