Distribution, Export and Logistics Infomation System (DEALIS)
The Distribution, Export and Logistics System (DEALIS) is a real-time tracking system providing outboud shipping and sales information to suppliers logistics partners and internal departmens of Ford Customer Service Division. DEALIS allows users to view in transit trucks or other conveyances. Web application which shares online order-data, warehouse data, transport data, billing data and packaging infromation.

Audience
This applications is intended for use by:

• FCSD suppliers
• FCSD carriers
• Ford Employees
• European dealers

Technical Requirements
Dealer use:

• IE 5.0

Suppliers, Carriers and Ford Employees use:

• Netscape 4.7
• Acrobat Reader 4.0

Registration
To access this web application, you must have:

1. A Covisint User ID and Password.
2. Permission to the Ford Supplier Portal Service.
3. Access to the DEALIS application.

If you already have access to the Ford Supplier Portal, but do not yet have access to this application, you must follow the instructions below.

1. In the left menu bar click "Administration Tools".
2. Select "request service" under "my profile".
3. Under "Ford Supplier Portal" click "request sub-package".
4. Click the request button next to the application you need access to.

Note: After requesting access to an application, a company administrator at your organization will need to approve or reject your request. If you are unable to request the application, after following these steps, please contact the Covisint helpdesk.
