FCO Tool Leasing System
The FCO Tool Leasing System application maintains leasing contract information for the procured tools from suppliers, and is meant for the FCO Trading Company and contains FCO Trading Company tool leasing information between FCO and suppliers. Based on the supplier receipt quantity to FMCL, invoices will be generated to the suppliers for the leasing rental.

Registration
To access this web application, you must have:
- A Covisint User ID and Password
- Permission to access the Ford Supplier Portal Service
- Access to the application, which must be obtained by request from the user's Company Covisint Security Administrator. The request will then be approved or rejected by the FCOTLS Application Administrator. Once this request is approved, the supplier organization will have access to FCOTLS and the user's Company Covisint Security Administrator may grant access to their users.
If a supplier company has already been granted approval for FCOTLS and you already have access to the Ford Supplier Portal, but do not yet have access to this application, you must follow the instructions below.
- In the left menu bar click "Administration Tools".
- Select "request service" under "my profile".
- Under "Ford Supplier Portal" click "request sub-package".
- Click the request button next to the application you need access to.
Note: After requesting access to an application, a company administrator at your organization will need to approve or reject your request. If you are unable to request the application, after following these steps, please contact the Covisint helpdesk.
