PPAP – Production Part Approval Process provides quality and manufacturing data to Engineering and Supplier Technical Assistance Engineers. The FCSD PPAP site consists of elements of the AIAG 4th Edition PPAP manual which FCSD suppliers require. The GSDB Status Code of the suppliers needing access to PPAP is Active Tier 1; all supplier companies with access to the Ford Supplier Portal (FSP) have the capability of adding PPAP by following the steps listed below.

• Adobe Acrobat Reader
• 800X600 display

Registration
To access this web application, you must have:
 

1. A Covisint User ID and Password
2. Permission to the Ford Supplier Portal Service
3. Access to the application

If you already have access to the Ford Supplier Portal, but do not yet have access to this application, you must follow the instructions below.

1. In the left menu bar click "Administration Tools".
2. Select "request service" under "my profile".
3. Under "Ford Supplier Portal" click "request sub-package".
4. Click the request button next to the application you need access to.

Note: After requesting access to an application, a company administrator at your organization will need to approve or reject your request. If you are unable to request the application, after following these steps, please contact the Covisint helpdesk.
