Analytical Warranty System
AWS (Analytical Warranty System) provides a database of warranty and vehicle information that supports common, global warranty reporting, analysis, and feedback processes. This Windows-based client/server system greatly increases the ease with which data requests are created and submitted. It also allows users to build and submit requests as well as view results interactively. Information available on this site include; Usage and Performance Statistics, user guides, AWS European documents, FAQ's, change requests, online reporting and contact information.

Audience
This applications is intended for use by:

• AWS is made available to select suppliers who have been nominated to participate in a Warranty Sharing program with Ford.

Technical Requirements

• JAVA / JavaScript enabled browser.

Registration
Currently, in order to access this application you must be a registered Ford Supplier Portal user. If you need access to this application, but do not yet have access to the Ford Supplier Portal, you must follow the instructions below.

1. In the left menu bar click "Administration Tools"
2. Select "request service" under "my profile".
3. Click "Request" button next to "Ford Supplier Portal"
4. After requesting the Ford Supplier Portal, the company administrator at your company will approve or reject your application request.

Note: If you are a current user of FSN and have not yet been migrated to the Ford Supplier Portal, please continue to access Ford Supplier Applications through the Ford Supplier Network.
