Supply Performance Follow Up (SPFU)
Supply Performance Follow Up is a web tool where suppliers shall report, by using 8D, all logistic and quality deviations. Used for continuous improvement between Volvo Cars and the supplier. The applications give online access to weekly and monthly delivery performance rating. SPFU is the Volvo Cars application feeding SIM with production and delivery rating.

Audience
This applications is intended for use by:

• Supply Performance Follow Up (SPFU) is a web tool used for tracking and reporting logistic and quality rejections, by using 8D, between Volvo Cars and suppliers.

Technical Requirements

• IE 5.0 or higher

Registration
To access this web application, you must have:

1. A Covisint User ID and Password
2. Permission to the Ford Supplier Portal Service.
3. Access to the FSP application.
4. Permissions to the specific site codes (GSDB codes).

If you already have access to the Ford Supplier Portal, but do not yet have access to this application, you must follow the instructions below.

1. In the left menu bar click "Administration Tools".
2. Select "request service" under "my profile".
3. Under "Ford Supplier Portal" click "request sub-package".
4. Click the request button next to the application you need access to.
5. Select the site codes (GSDB codes) that you need access to for this application.

Note: After requesting access to an application or requesting changes to your application site codes, a company administrator at your organization will need to approve or reject your request.
