Ford of Mexico Electronic Invoicing

All of the invoices issued in Mexico must comply with the CFDi standard (XML documents following the government layout with several security mechanisms), and they need to be delivered by any electronic means to the owner of the document, to clients such as dealers, suppliers, and Ford employees.  This portal enables the "mailboxes" functionality, where either the dealers, suppliers and/or employees can access and retrieve their invoices such as vehicles, parts, debit and credit memos, etc.

This applications is intended for use by:  Ford Suppliers World-wide including dealers, and Ford employees

Registration
To access this web application, you must have:

A Covisint User ID and Password

  1. Permission to the Ford Supplier Portal Service
  2. Access to the application

If you already have access to the Ford Supplier Portal, but do not yet have access to this application, you must follow the instructions below.

  1. In the left menu bar click "Administration Tools".
  2. Select "request service" under "my profile".
  3. Under "Ford Supplier Portal" click "request sub-package".
  4. Click the request button next to the application you need access to.

Note: After requesting access to an application, a company administrator at your organization will need to approve or reject your request. If you are unable to request the application, after following these steps, please contact the Covisint helpdesk.

For the first instance of a user reviewing or accessing this application in order to review CFDi invoices, it is required that the user contact the Tax Department at Ford Motor Company in Mexico ( fstarmex@ford.com) and provide the user's FSN ID, name, company name and RFC, so that it is added to the application and the user's FSN ID may be granted access to the application.
