Application QIM

Overview:

Quality Issue Management (QIM) Application is used for Quality Reject information by Ford and the FCSD Suppliers to track and correct part quality concerns.

The QIM application is intended for use by:

FCSD Suppliers

FCSD Consignee Packagers

Technical Requirements:

MS IE  11

Adobe Acrobat Reader 8.x or higher

Registration

To access this application, you must have:

1. A Covisint User ID and Password
2. Permission to the Ford Supplier Portal
3. QIM User ID established

If you already have access to the Ford Supplier Portal, but do not have a QIM User ID, you must follow the instructions below.

• Download the form below

       QIM User access request form  

• Email the completed user access request form to accesqim@ford.com

Note: An email notification will sent to the access requestor (email id provided in the form) after the Application access is provided.  If you are unable to access this application after following the steps above please contact the Ford Help desk.

Steps Before Escalation

• Please allow 5 business days  after your request has been sent
• Please provide the Covisint id,  application name QIM when you escalate
